A Senior Architectural Technologist job is available working on an exciting large-scale residential retrofit project of 5,000 properties. Collaborate directly with one of the directors and bring your expertise in Building Regulations and retrofit skills to the forefront. The role offers a strong salary and Hybrid working. A well-established consultancy offering design, building surveying, quantity surveying, project management, town planning, and urban design services. They work across multiple sectors, including healthcare, education, residential, and commercial. Known for their collaborative and professional environment, they focus on delivering excellence in every project. Due to a major new project they are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team. Role & Responsibilities

Collaborate with the director on a large-scale retrofit project Focus on the implementation of Building Regulations across a portfolio of 5,000 residential properties Oversee the retrofit and integration of telecoms connections Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed design documentation Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including CDM Regulations Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure quality Lead technical reviews and provide mentoring to junior staff. Required Skills & Experience

A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist Chartered MCIAT or working towards chartership with relevant project experience Strong expertise in Building Regulations for residential projects Proven track record in retrofit and technical detailing Ability to travel to project sites as required Proficiency in Revit is highly beneficial; AutoCAD experience may also be considered Fire safety experience is advantageous.
