We are currently representing a well-renowned Architectural practice based around the Newark area who are actively seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a privately owned company, with close to 90 staff, spread over three offices across the UK.

Our client is ideally looking for a highly motivated Senior Architectural Technologist with around 5 years post qualification experience. The Senior Architectural Technologist is required to work within the company's industrial sector so it would be highly advantageous to have previous experience within this sector. Projects will include industrial units, commercial parks, and retail and transport developments.

On a daily basis, the Senior Architectural Technologist will be responsible for: Working directly with clients and contractors Running projects from inception through to completion on site Assisting other members of staff Ensuring all projects are delivered to the deadline and meet all design requirements

The Senior Architectural Technologist will be required to use Revit and AutoCAD on a daily basis, so it would be advantageous to have an excellent working knowledge of these software.

Our client has huge long-term prospects, a tremendous landbank affiliation, and 95% of their work is with reliable repeat clients. There is also a strong possibility for an Associate position for the right candidate.

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Salary & Benefits

Experience within the Industrial Sector Client facing experience Strong technical knowledge and project delivery expertise All / most RIBA stages experience Ability to manage a small team AutoCAD and / or Revit expertise Work from the office 100% of the time, with occasional flexibility where agreed Flexible working hours, providing there's a reliable 7.5hr working routine
