Our client, an architectural practice based in Newport, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a practice with an excellent reputation. Revit experience and experience within either the commercial, residential, healthcare, or MOD sectors is highly advantageous. Our client is an expert at designing and delivering projects and has gained an excellent reputation in the South-West region in particular. They are a design-led practice, known for delivering high-quality projects with high attention to detail. Projects vary from client to client, including small to large scale extensions, refurbishments, and conversions. Sectors that this practice operates within include Residential, Leisure, Commercial, Healthcare, and Education, so candidates with varied backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities:
Assist other members of staff Work on a range of projects in a variety of sectors Attend site visits when required Produce high-quality technical drawings Run projects from inception through to completion Prepare & manage detailed design and production information Assist the design team/technical team Practical use of Revit Experience within one of the following sectors: MOD, Healthcare, Residential, or Commercial Maintain high technical standards Proven experience working on technical packages Commuting distance of Newport Benefits: Open for discussion - in line with guidelines and suited experience Pension Holiday Progression and development Other company benefits to be discussed at interview stage Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
