I am currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Plymouth. The successful individual will be working for a large Architectural team within the area. The company delivers projects within a range of sectors, and these projects range up to the value of £40M. Prepare and coordinate design, production, and construction package information using technical skill with attention to detail Liaison with internal and external consultants in the production of specialist design information Liaison with planning & building control authorities Review and update design risk assessments on a regular basis Ability to work well under pressure and hit deadlines Able to take the initiative to solve technical issues Keen to work in a team environment, but also happy to work independently Dynamic, flexible, able to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Help junior members of the team Minimum Requirements:

5 years + UK experience or Chartered Architectural Technologists (MCIAT) (Desirable) Fully proficient in programmes including Revit and AutoCAD Experience of detailing complex buildings and ability to produce comprehensive working drawing packages Live within a commutable distance of Plymouth Ability to work on projects autonomously Proven ability of running projects across technical work stages Experience of working on UK developments with good knowledge of the Building Regulations Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
