Senior Architectural Technologist
to join an award-winning Architectural Practice based in Romsey. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to work for a market leader. The most suitable candidate must hold previous work experience of working for a house builder/developer either directly, or in a practice/consultancy. Our client primarily uses Revit; however, Senior Architectural Technologists who are eager to learn the software are also encouraged to apply. Senior Architectural Technologist Benefits Competitive salary (£35,000 - £45,000 DOE) 21 minimum days holidays plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown Company pension scheme Modern office working environment Hybrid working - 2 days WFH Good CPD programme Promotion/progression opportunities Convenient location with free on-site parking Other benefits can be discussed at interview stage Senior Architectural Technologist Overview Holding presentations Be an integral part of the team Interpret client briefs Work within a wider technical team Assist more junior members of the team Working on a mixture of residential and mixed-use projects Preparing masterplans and producing drawings for submission Abiding by the building regulations at all times Senior Architectural Technologist Requirements A minimum of 5 years' experience (UK based) and experience working on residential projects Good knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD The ability to work independently Knowledge of M4 (CAT 2&3) & Nationally Described Space Standards favourable Live within a commutable distance of Romsey (taking into account our clients hybrid working) A team participant and a proficient communicator Full UK driving licence Sound technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of building regulations Desire to progress and attend CPD
