My client is seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technologist with a passion for innovative design to join their welcoming team in Stockport. This RIBA-chartered, award-winning practice boasts a diverse portfolio spanning Commercial, Education, Residential, and Healthcare sectors. They are eager to welcome an experienced Architectural Technologist to help shape their exciting and forward-thinking projects.
The successful Senior Architectural Technologist should have significant post qualification experience working on Education projects through all RIBA stages. You will have strong technical abilities, creative design flare and a great knowledge of Revit.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
Significant post qualification experience in a UK based practice Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field Produce technical drawings, specification and constructive documents Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards and industry best practices Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of staff Coordinate with clients, external consultants and internal team members Collaborate with the wider team to create exceptional design concepts Previous work on Education projects is essential Must live within a commutable distance of Stockport Revit knowledge is essential
