The Role

This role will be based in our London studio complex in SW6. We are looking for an experienced Senior Art Director who is ready to elevate their creative career and make an impact in a fast-paced agency. As a key member of our London team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping creative concepts, leading on-set art direction, and mentoring junior team members to produce exceptional narratives and content for our global clients. If you thrive on collaboration and can deliver groundbreaking work, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional creative content through stills, video, virtual production and CGI in collaboration with our in-house creative teams to meet client briefs and timelines. Lead the creation of presentation decks, oversee freelance art directors, and ensure top-level quality control (QC) on all projects to meet creative/client objectives. Work closely and collaborate with senior management, producers, graphic designers, photographers, editors, and stylists to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality content. Creatively lead client pitches and presentations, showcasing innovative ideas and solutions. Update portfolios regularly to support new business initiatives and update our studio displays every quarter to showcase our latest creative content. Collaborate with teams to provide fresh content for the Seventy7 website, case studies, and social channels. Participate in weekly cross-departmental meetings to streamline processes and ensure the highest quality output from briefs to deliverables for both new and existing clients. Manage, delegate, and provide constructive feedback to junior team members and freelancers. What You’ll Need

Proven experience in a creative agency, photographic studio or in-house creative team. Expertise in the fields of fashion, homewares, sports, and lifestyle brands on a global scale. Knowledge of what processes are needed to create and deliver visual content for a wide range of brands. A sharp eye for detail and a passion for elevating creative standards. Experience with art direction for e-commerce, campaigns, CGI, and video content. A bold and conceptual thinker who challenges conventional approaches to creative briefs. Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma would be a plus. To be a team player with the ability to multi-task. Ideal to have skills in set design.
