Concentric Life UK is seeking a talented

Senior Art Director

who will represent the agency by creating content and concepts that fulfill clients' needs through visual designs across various media. You are passionate about design and creating beautiful work, a problem solver, and a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You have a passion for ideas, advertising, design, photography and film, healthcare and making a difference.

You are an approachable hardworking team player and an open-minded, active listener with the ability to unpack complex problems with simplicity.

Reports to: Associate Creative Director, Art

What You Will Do:

Art direction on a broad range of projects across various media, including patient and doctor materials, banners, emails, large websites, brand development, presentations, videos, and pamphlets Work with the copy and account team to execute unique, innovative visual solutions based on the creative business objectives Develop knowledge of your assigned therapeutic category including the science and market dynamics as well as regulations/restrictions Leverage your ability to build a brand visually Present creative ideas at internal meetings Present your ideas to clients Partner and collaborate across other departments including Design, Copy, Account, and Integrated Production to ensure projects meet client and regulatory specifications Organize, attend and art direct shoots with photographers or video companies (internal or external) Storyboard and oversee animation Supervise editing of any videos and attend voice over recordings Be a guardian of your brand concept and own the brands you work on

What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in Art Direction/Design 1+ years of experience in healthcare advertising/marketing A portfolio of work (ideally with some awards attached) featuring examples of strong conceptual thinking and both digital and print work (can also include spec work) Strong eye for design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Conceptual creativity and strong aesthetic judgement Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines Ability to tell a simple story visually and verbally A drive to elevate thinking and the work A curious mentality The desire to be great
