This position is responsible for ensuring financial standards compliance for all infrastructure-related investment and operating spend.

Central to this role is the formulation of investment forecasting and budgeting, tracking both investment and operating budget fulfillment, and liaising with internal and external auditing and tax bodies. Expect to handle complex accounting transactions and conduct financial training when required.

Key Accountabilities: Compliance and Regulations:

Ensure that all space projects and operations comply with regulations, central accounting policies, and industry standards.

Reporting:

Monitor and provide regular financial reports on the existing financial position, and provide recommendations to ensure the conservation of reserves and mitigation of immediate risks.

Business Partnering / Financial Planning:

Consolidate mid-term recurring financial needs, secure the necessary block budget, and propose possible trade-offs for any variations to ensure meeting budget thresholds. Oversee and incorporate individual investments within the overall financial plan.

Capital Planning / Financial Analysis:

Support overall space long-term planning goals with necessary financial information and analysis, including but not limited to discounted cash flows, sensitivity analysis, and return on investments.

Stakeholder Management & Implementation:

Collaborate with project and facility teams to understand specific needs, align on objectives, and provide timely financial advice.

Job Requirements: Possess at least 7 years of relevant experience in financial management or equity management-related fields. Background in accounting or finance, or experience in financial planning in the construction or facilities management industry would be advantageous. Knowledge of different capital investment financial models and ability to interpret investment concepts into different spend categories. Able to work under pressure and adapt to changes within a fast-paced environment. A self-driven and meticulous individual with a strong ability to multi-task.
