Job Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week

23.5 Degrees are recruiting for a Senior Assistant Manager

As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. Leading and developing a team, driving operational excellence to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store, providing guidance and support to the team, and ensuring that standards are met consistently. You will be responsible for ensuring each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and efficient experience.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the Hospitality or Retail industries.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and Partners.
  • Sound decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends as needed to meet the requirements of the business.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and financial management principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
