Due to their continued success, they are offering several Corporate Tax opportunities in their new Cardiff office. Job Description Build and maintain tax relationships with clients including owner-managed SMEs and medium sized groups. Work with Corporate Finance colleagues to provide tax input into due diligence projects. Work with managers on advisory projects and transaction support. Develop own and colleagues' professional abilities. Provide an exceptional level of client service. Prepare and review computations and liaise with specialists on technical matters. Manage client's corporate tax affairs including payments, enquiries, and providing ad hoc advice. Support colleagues dealing with complex groups and technical issues. The Successful Applicant A successful Corporate Tax Associate should have: An ATT/ACA/ACCA Qualification. Part-Qualified or Qualified CTA. Proven experience in an associate role or equivalent within a tax department (Mixed Tax or Corporation Tax). Comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations, i.e. payroll taxes & SDLT. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using tax software and digital tools.
