Step into a dynamic role as a Senior Associate working for a leading litigation funder with a focus in the construction insolvency space. The role will span two areas of operations, pre-adjudication and adjudication. You will have oversight of a case list and ensure that debts and relevant information are being actively pursued in a timely manner, keeping internal systems up to date and assisting with case review and strategy. This role will offer the opportunity to run an adjudication caseload independently, reviewing contracts, drafting adjudication submissions, and negotiating settlements.
