Senior Associate - Become part of a Top Boutique Search firm in London Focused on Alternative and Private Asset Markets. My Client is a boutique Search firm, having grown exponentially over the last 5 years. With this desk generating £1.3M last year. What You’ll Do:
Lead search processes from mapping to placements across Alternative and Private Asset Markets. Work with top Buy-side Funds from day one and support senior consultants on international searches. 3/4 of work will be Retained or Exclusive. Why Join?
OTE: Base Salary + Bonus Structure - Last year, The desk generated £1.3M— expect 5% of that, £65,000. No KPIs—success based on effort & revenue contribution. Make candidate calls, write profiles and introductions to clients, divulge market knowledge and relevant information.
