We're seeking a future team member for the role of SENIOR ASSOCIATE, OPERATIONS BUSINESS ANALYST to join our Conventional Trust team. This role is located in Manchester, UK - HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Analyses and defines business requirements and functional or operational specifications. Participates in development of the functional design and user documentation by analyzing and creating business process flows or client requests and identifying changes. Re-engineer existing operational processes, readying the process for potential automation. Supports testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems. Tasks include case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Relevant work experience preferred. Technical experience preferred. Knowledge of the software development process (can be through scrum/ lean agile or standard SDLC). Knowledge or qualifications relating to UI/UX practices. Experience or knowledge of Corporate Trust business is desirable.
