This role, part of the Revenue Accounting finance team, reports to the Senior Manager of Revenue and Billing Operations. Our team ensures accurate revenue, cost of sales, and balance sheet accounting, maintains robust controls, and provides insightful analysis of Checkout's net revenue results. This diverse role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to various Revenue and Billing operations activities. What you'll be doing: Support timely and accurate monthly net revenue reporting. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and collaborate with teams to resolve issues. Act as the Revenue and Billing Operations liaison for all audit-related activities. Assist the Manager of Incentives in creating and updating financial models. Take ownership of setting up new revenue and balance sheet recording processes, including writing procedure manuals and guiding junior staff. Continuously improve reporting/processes to meet stakeholder needs. Establish well-controlled documentation and processes for period-end close and audit purposes. Proactively seek ways to enhance data integrity, automation, controls, and operational/reporting efficiency. Respond to stakeholder inquiries. Perform ad-hoc finance and operational activities. Execute accounting and reconciliation processes and controls for key trading account balances. Analyze and reconcile data from various systems to identify control gaps and reconciliation breaks. Qualifications

Fully qualified chartered accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CPA) or equivalent. At least 4 years of post-qualification experience with strong accounting experience, including month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and auditor interactions. Experience in Accounting operations (P2P, revenue accounting, financial modeling, reconciliations, etc.). Practical GAAP knowledge, including ASC606/IFRS 15. Strong Excel modeling and analytical skills, with experience handling large datasets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with ERP systems (Workday Financials preferred but not required). Experience in a high-volume, complex environment, ideally within Payments/FinTech or Financial Services. Proven ability to find end-to-end solutions and collaborate cross-functionally and with remote teams (Finance, Product, Engineering, Data). Additional Information
