This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced social housing litigation lawyer to work closely with some of the firm's largest clients, provide excellent advice, and develop their career. Our social housing litigation practice is a thriving and fast-growing part of our business, with opportunities to shape the development of the team, grow our client base and make a real difference for our social housing clients.
Responsibilities:
Supervise members of the team on a variety of housing disrepair, statutory nuisance claims, anti-social behaviour claims and injunctions, possession proceedings, and housing-related personal injury claims. Run your own caseload of interesting, high value, and technically challenging housing litigation. Provide supervisory input to the team while being hands-on within the role.
