We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Training Creation & Delivery - Sanctions Operations to join our Sanctions Operations (Global Operations) team. This role is located in Manchester, UK - On site.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Using pre-existing skills in training others ensuring consistent alignment with policies & procedures
- Influencing the thoughts & actions of others through tried and tested communication skills, including presenting to audiences both in person and virtually
- Liaising with management on new & emerging training requirements for their teams
- Developing new & enhancing existing training material for delivery to our teams by yourself, or team-mates
- Offering actionable, performance-based feedback to trainees
- Keeping up to date with the latest standards, trends & tools available to deliver best in class training to our teams
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years' experience in the finance industry, including operations & global economic sanctions
- Advanced communication skills with a track record of communicating at all levels of an organization
- Experience of constructing training plans & providing feedback to trainees
- Prior hands-on experience with the development of training material is essential
- No managerial experience required, but will be advantageous
