Senior Associate focuses on driving overall account growth by effectively retaining, managing, and developing long-term, trusted member partnerships.
What the role involves
- Driving overall account growth by effectively retaining, managing, and developing long-term, trusted member partnerships.
- Managing the complete member journey, providing world-class support during onboarding, throughout the subscription lifecycle, and during renewal or off-boarding phases.
- Support Account Managers/Directors to maximize regional value renewal rates.
- Strategically coordinate with internal teams to deliver value-add services for business members, including diagnostic result deliveries.
- Maintain, and execute an outcomes-based business plan tailored to achieving quarterly and annual revenue and team renewal targets.
- Continually review and improve existing member workflows to build a best-in-class customer experience.
Skills and requirements
- 1-3 years of Account Management/Customer Success experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
- Commercially driven with a strong interest in revenue growth and long-term career progression.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage account risk.
- Analytical and data-driven, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

- Base Compensation Range: £30,000 - £35,000 plus £16,500 on target commission.
