Reporting to the Test Development Manager, the successful Senior Test Engineer will: Develop test plans. Design ATE board-level hardware. Debug complex software. Create reliable production test program solutions. Key Requirements for the Senior Test Engineer (Semiconductor ATE) include: A minimum of a good Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline. 5+ years working in Product Test Engineering within a Semiconductor environment. ATE expertise (V93K/Teradyne). Proficiency in C++ or equivalent programming and strong scripting skills using Python or PERL. Strong diagnostic and analytical skills as well as excellent documentation skills. Knowledge of High-Speed SERDES testing would be a distinct advantage.
