Bennett & Game are delighted to be partnering with a leading boutique firm of Chartered Certified Accountants and Business Advisors, based in Central London.

This growing firm is looking to expand their audit function, and are looking for a highly experienced, and seasoned Senior Audit Manager, with RI status, and a commercial mindset, to sign off on their growing demand of audits, and to play a pivotal role in expanding their Audit subsidiary.

This role can offer an impressive salary dependant on experience from £80k-£100k+, as well as a wide range of benefits, hybrid working, and more. They are searching for an audit expert, with a commercial mind, and desire to expand this side of the business, and can provide the flexibility to grow a whole department, making a real impact.

Senior Audit Manager Job Overview

Leadership of the Audit Function, leading the audit department, overseeing all engagements from planning to completion. Signing off on all audits. Client Relationship Management, serving as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships. Building up a client portfolio, working with other partners to grow the company client base within the audit department, which is already growing. Business Development and growth, developing and implementing growth strategies for the audit practice. Quality Assurance and compliance, maintain a rigorous quality control process across all audits to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. Review audit work and financial statements for accuracy and adherence to auditing standards. Mentorship and development, lead, mentor, and develop audit teams, providing training, support and performance feedback. Strategic Leadership, collaborate with other partners and senior leadership to develop and execute the firm's strategic goals.

Senior Audit Manager Job Requirements

ACCA, FCCA, or ACA qualification. Audit RI status. Able to sign off on audits. Excellent commercial and entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent leadership and management skills. Highly experienced in accountancy practice and audit. Ability to make strategic contributions. UK citizen with no requirement for sponsorship.

Senior Audit Manager Salary & Benefits

Salary dependent on experience, ranging from £80k-110k (this can be flexible and is open to discussion).
