We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Audit Manager to join a dynamic and impactful Internal Audit & Assurance team. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in a fast-paced and challenging environment. In this role, you will: Lead and manage a team of auditors , providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. Develop and implement innovative audit methodologies and practices , ensuring adherence to the highest professional standards. Deliver impactful audits , providing independent assurance on risk management, control, and governance across the organisation. Partner with senior leadership

to identify and mitigate risks, enhance controls, and promote best practices. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement , championing robust governance and risk management frameworks. Stay at the forefront of your field , actively engaging with industry developments and emerging risks. To excel in this role, you will possess: A strong academic background , including a relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA, etc.) Significant experience in a similar senior audit role , ideally within a complex and regulated environment. A deep understanding of internal audit principles and standards , including the Public Sector Internal Audit Standards. Proven leadership skills , with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
