Job Description Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion. Train, mentor, and supervise team members. Contribute to strategic decisions in the accounting and finance department. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify business opportunities and support business development initiatives. Oversee risk management practices within audit engagements. Prepare and present reports to senior management. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Audit Manager should have: A professional qualification in Accounting (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). Proven experience in leading audit engagements in a professional services environment. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards. Aptitude for strategic decision-making and risk management.
