This crucial position involves overseeing audit projects of considerable scale and/or complexity, aligning with their strategic audit plan. Steady, full-time role A golden opportunity to embark on a rewarding career path with a top player in the industry A competitive salary package, with figures ranging from $160,000 to $180,000 TEC, based on your experience Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage comprehensive audit projects, coordinating efforts to align with our annual audit agenda. Evaluate the effectiveness and suitability of control mechanisms in managing and mitigating risks, collaborating with management to devise enduring enhancements to the control environment. This effort supports strategic goals while safeguarding customer and stakeholder interests. Direct major group reviews and offer support for assessments across different regions and product lines. Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across various locations, navigating complex and sometimes ambiguous topics. Ideal candidates will demonstrate: Extensive auditing experience within the financial services sector, especially in roles involving large or complex organisations. A proven history of producing outstanding work in complex environments. Knowledge in methods for analysing both structured and unstructured data, aiming to boost audit efficiency. CIA certifications or similar postgraduate qualifications are preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in negotiation, influence, and managing conflicts. A strong background in establishing, developing, and maintaining productive stakeholder relationships. A proactive, positive attitude with a sense of ownership for your duties, driving them to successful completion.
