Our client, a highly respected and growing accountancy and advisory firm, is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Auditor to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong background in practice who is newly qualified or close to qualifying ACA or ACCA. About the Role: As a Senior Auditor, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This position offers the chance to work in a forward-thinking environment that prioritises professional development, work-life balance, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and complete audit engagements for a range of clients across various industries. Lead audit teams, providing guidance and support to junior staff and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and addressing key audit issues effectively. Review financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Identify process improvements and provide recommendations to clients to enhance their financial reporting and internal controls. Stay up-to-date with relevant technical and industry developments. What We’re Looking For: ACA or ACCA qualified (or close to qualification) with a strong background in practice. Proven experience in auditing within a professional services firm. Excellent technical accounting and auditing knowledge. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
