We are currently seeking

a Senior Automation Development Consultant

who will provide technical leadership and guidance with a Quality Engineering mindset. How you'll succeed: By joining the Digital Technology Automation Testing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our testing processes and ensuring the highest quality for our client-facing applications. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional services to our clients. We enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. To successfully perform the work, details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview. Responsibilities: Development Background:

The successful candidate will have a strong development background with hands-on experience in modern web and mobile application languages and technologies. Test Automation Strategy:

Responsible for identifying and implementing our Test Automation transformation strategy to ensure that we use modern testing processes and technologies with an immediate focus on utilizing GenAI capabilities to revolutionize our current testing process. Testing Expertise: Lead the investigation and translation of business requirements into test cases. Design and manage end-to-end testing activities for various projects across the business. Use your expertise in software development testing to provide clients with quality products that meet business and system requirements. Provide advice to your team, including ongoing feedback, support, and mentorship. Proactively identify any potential issues throughout all test phases, and suggest possible improvements or enhancements. Project Coordination: Identify obstacles or risks that may impact a project’s timeline or success and provide regular status updates to the business. Keep the lines of communication open with stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure that all test deliverables are received, approved, and aligned to your project’s timeline, budget, and goals. Requirements: 5-8 years of software development experience and comfortable building code for modern web applications. Understanding of software testing; conceptualize test automation.
