No QA 100 releases a day straight to production from the developers environment. 3500 paying clients. 1 million users Your mission As a Senior Backend Engineer you'll have a key role in developing their product and its unique features, working closely with the Product team. You should be passionate about software engineering and building a product end-to-end and will be responsible for owning the dev cycle from the technical design, through coding and testing, to deployment and monitoring. They work in a true continuous delivery environment with fully automated QA processes on a microservices architecture, deploying to production dozens of times every day. You will be part of an engineering team focused on Payroll integrations. Having the opportunity to work with peers outside the team and outside the company such as Payroll products. You'll be involved in the business aspects and customer use cases and have the direct ability to bring your productivity to production in no-time. Your background 8+ years of experience in backend development Solid Java/Kotlin skills & good experience with functional programming Curious engineering mindset with a passion for learning new frameworks, libraries, tools and architecture patterns Well versed in git-flow, able to review pull requests and create their own Experience with Microservices and RESTFUL service design Solid understanding of CI/CD platforms, databases, containers, performance testing What would be great Experience with Kotlin, Git, SQL, Event Streaming, Docker/Kubernetes Familiarity with BDD principles Experience with AWS or an equivalent cloud platform What they offer Great salary (CIM/PFA/SRL), long-term employment and regular reviews Possibility to work hybrid (1 day/week from the office), fully flexible* 4 wellness paid days per year Awesome employee referral program - between 1,000 and 2,000 euros for each successful referral Work with Cutting-edge technologies *Please note that this job requires physical presence at their office in Cluj-Napoca.
