Responsibilities
Tackling our most difficult (and interesting) problems - prompt chaining, fine-tuning infrastructure, and multimodality, just to name a few
Designing, architecting, and building robust critical infrastructure
Owning our most important backend systems
Defining and scoping green-field projects that move the company forward
Working closely with customers to understand what they need, figuring out how to make them successful, and owning the solutions end to end
Serving as a cultural pillar of the team
Navigating a fast-moving, highly competitive landscape
About You
Previous experience and strong proficiency in Python.
Prior experience with Google Cloud Platform, Postgres, and Django is a bonus.
Fullstack candidates must have experience with React / Typescript.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant discipline
Previous experience working at a startup
Shows "Extreme ownership" – has owned core systems
4 - 10 years of experience
Compensation :
$140,000 - $200,000 base + equity
