The Firm: Top 100 UK law firm. Reputable commercial and private client practices. The Role: Keen to recruit a Senior Associate into their Banking & Finance Practice. Deliver effective and efficient work on your own matters. Build strong relationships with existing clients and referrers by exceeding service expectations, and support partners in business development. Clearly agree on the services provided to clients. Contribute ideas to the Banking & Finance business plans and demonstrate new business success from business development activities. Expand your network of clients and referrers, supporting partners in pursuing target clients, and contacts to build a pipeline of new business. Requirements & Candidates: Solicitor 6+ PQE. Previous experience within a Banking & Finance practice. Experience acting for lenders and borrowers. Solid business plan for growth. Remuneration: Salary will be dependent on experience. £95,000 - £110,000.
