The club takes pride in its Mixed Ability Rugby program, which provides opportunities for individuals with mental or physical illnesses to play rugby. Role Description This is a part-time role as Senior Bar Staff at Longlevens Rugby. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer service, effectively communicating with patrons, serving food and beverages, handling cash transactions, and bartending. This is an on-site role located in Gloucester, where you will be responsible for maintaining the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organisation, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all club members and guests. You will also assist with bar supervision, including rota preparation, club opening and closing, event preparation, stock control, and ordering. Required Experience : Customer service and communication skills Experience in the food & beverage industry Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems Bartending skills, including drinks knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse individuals Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Previous experience in a similar role is essential Job Types : Part-time, Zero hours contract Expected hours : No less than 15 per week Benefits : Employee discount Work Location : In person Reference ID : Bar Staff
