Our client, a leading Engineering R&D company based in Oxford, is seeking to hire a Senior Battery Performance Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the performance of battery cells.

As the Senior Battery Performance Engineer, you will play an integral role in developing and testing cutting-edge technology related to battery cell performance.

Your primary responsibilities include data analysis using MatLab software and developing battery cell test plans. You should have experience with engineering research and development (R&D) methodologies that utilize technical expertise regarding the latest advancements in this field.

Qualifications & Skills Required for Senior Battery Performance Engineer Role:

An Engineering Degree from an accredited institution Extensive knowledge of Battery Cell Technology Experience in data analysis in MATLAB Familiarity in battery cell testing. Experience working on projects involving Data Analysis.

Responsibilities of Senior Battery Performance Engineer:

As a Senior Battery Performance Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of battery cell solutions for hybrid vehicles as a Battery Cell Technical Expert.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Developing and validating models using MatLab software, ensuring that they are accurate, reliable, and efficient. Conducting testing on battery cells using various techniques to evaluate their performance accurately. This will include electrical characterization, electrochemical performance analysis, and other relevant techniques. Designing experiments that help understand how different materials impact battery behavior under different conditions, including temperature changes or current loads. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, and providing recommendations based on the results obtained. Salary:

The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary of £60,000 per annum. In addition, our client offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes private healthcare, life insurance, and a company pension scheme.
