About the Role:

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing their global strategy for the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. You will work closely with Sector Lead Partners, the global team, and key client teams to drive growth and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development:

Collaborate with Sector Lead Partners to develop and deliver the firm's global sector strategy.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and market dynamics.

Market Insights:

Become an expert in the pharmaceutical sector, providing valuable insights and contributing to the development of our product offerings.

Team Leadership:

Motivate and enable teams to connect with clients and markets, enhancing our external profile.

Thought Leadership:

Lead initiatives to increase brand awareness through cross-practice thought leadership and events.

Pitch Management:

Provide strategic input to pitch processes, working with practice and product specialists.
