We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty therapy with a minimum of 5 years experience in a salon setting with a genuine desire to help clients look and feel their best. Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including gel nails, lycon waxing, facials, massages, and other specialised services such as laser hair removal.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skincare concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Provide exceptional customer service and personalised care to ensure a memorable experience for every client.
Maintain a clean and organised treatment room and adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, with a portfolio of successful beauty treatments.
NVQ level 3 and above
Minimum of 5 years experience working in a beauty salon.
Experience in BIAB gel nails, Lycon/ Hot Waxing an advantage.
LVL Lash Lift, HD Brows
is an advantage. Strong technical skills and proficiency in a variety of beauty treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalised recommendations. A positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
