Up to £65000 per annum + depending on experience We are partnered with a bio-pharmaceutical company specialising in the exploration, creation, and distribution of pioneering treatments for critical medical needs. They are dedicated to improving the lives of patients facing life-threatening conditions, and their mission extends to advancing health-care worldwide. We are looking for a Sr. Benefits Specialist I to join their team in Stockley Park on a temporary basis. About You: The ideal candidate will be proactive and solutions-oriented, always willing to go the extra mile. To be successful in this role, it is essential to have previous experience working in Benefits, Absences, and Leaves policies management, ideally in the bio-pharmaceutical industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in the pharmaceutical industry to join a company engaged in developing therapies for life-threatening diseases. Profile:

5-7 years managing Absences and Leaves policies preferred Experience with Service Now and HR shared services model preferred Fluency in another European language skill is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills Knowledge of HR principles and employment law in Europe Strong organisational and project management skills Role Overview: Join a dynamic HR Shared Services team managing complex benefits, absences, and leaves policies in a fair, consistent, and compliant manner. You’ll handle policy management, vendor relationships, legal and process changes, and provide support to the HR Shared Services team on all policy-related issues and inquiries. You will act as a subject matter expert on international benefits issues and provide guidance to HR Business Partners and Business Managers on managing employment risk. Key Responsibilities:

Manage time off/leave of absence policies and other benefits Partner with external consultants and internal teams Evaluate and improve policy effectiveness Support excellent employee experience Participate in systems-related implementations Maintain relationships with stakeholders To apply, please send your CV in English and in Word format to Tom.
