Lead the design, build, delivery, and continuous improvement of insightful business intelligence solutions using modern BI tools and technologies, primarily Power BI. Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and support of pre-existing traditional reporting solutions in SQL/SSRS, including consolidation and phased migration to more modern solutions. Work with stakeholders at all levels to understand business challenges and opportunities, translating these into visually impactful BI solutions that provide actionable insights. Build, curate, cleanse, and segment datasets from multiple source systems for use in BI and reporting solutions. Contribute to BI development standards to ensure consistent approaches to dashboard design across the team. Peer review and support other team members. Support day-to-day performance, maintenance, and monitoring of our data and BI platforms. Consult as part of project processes to define reporting and BI requirements and suggest enhancements. Identify opportunities to improve business performance through reporting, analytics, or BI solutions based on your understanding of the business and data knowledge. Minimum Requirements

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar business intelligence role, utilizing modern BI tools. Some experience with Power BI is essential, though proficiency in other BI tools will also be considered. Strong SQL and data management skills. Highly motivated with a curiosity to understand business processes and identify opportunities. A critical thinking and analytical mindset for effective problem-solving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Full UK driving licence, as occasional travel between Gregory Group locations may be required. Experience with modern and cloud-based (Azure) data management tools and storage/data lake solutions is advantageous. About the Position
