The Company An award-winning consultancy is looking for a Senior Bids Executive to join their team. This role will require you to win new business, retain and grow it by managing high-profile and complex tenders. The role can be based in London and you will be reporting to the Director of Bids. The Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end bid process of allocated bids. Support content development through outlining, storyboarding, and writing phases. Support the development of succinct, compelling, and engaging presentations. Work with the presenting team to develop messaging. Manage the bid content library and internal bid intranet. Input the bid related information. Support other members of the bids team with peer review and idea generation. The Candidate At least 3 years experience in a bidding role. An understanding of professional services (financial). High attention to detail. Good at working on simultaneous projects. Please note : Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or a high-profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered. We regret that our clients will not accept applications outside of these areas. The Company One of the City’s leading law firms is currently seeking a Senior Bid Executive to join their team. This role will take the lead on supporting the firm's work winning activity and work closely with the Head of BD on developing compelling content that showcases the firm's offering. You will be based in the London office and will operate a hybrid model offering a mix of office-based and remote working. The Responsibilities Lead tenders from initial opportunity through to drafting, submission, post submission, feedback and reporting. Manage input from all practice areas including partners and practice experts. Understand all elements of the quality submission and ensure responses correctly and fully address these. Design compelling presentations and prepare key staff for interviews and meetings. Produce tender analysis and report on themes from client feedback. Maintain an up-to-date bid library. The Candidate Experience of the tender/bid process within a professional services setting. Experience working with and managing internal stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
