You'll drive success by managing end-to-end bids, developing innovative proposals, and establishing partnerships that align with our mission. Bid management: Lead end-to-end bid processes, ensuring winning submissions meet requirements and deadlines. Develop proposals that include solution design, supply chain collaboration, and financial planning. Draft, review, and refine tender responses to a high standard. Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, opportunities, and market challenges. Stay informed on industry developments, policies, and competitor activity to support strategic growth. Identify and assess new tender opportunities with drive and precision. Build strong relationships with government bodies, local authorities, and industry partners. Represent Get Set UK at events, showcasing our values and expertise. Develop effective supply chains that align with organisational goals. Business strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to implement growth strategies that align with organisational objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to shape the future direction of business development. Team leadership and collaboration: Manage and coach junior team members, fostering their development and aligning efforts with business goals. Collaborate with finance, marketing, HR, and operations to ensure a coordinated approach to business development.
