Proposal Specialist 6 month FTC Hybrid Working A top 50 law firm is looking for a Proposal Specialist to join their central pitch team for a 6 months FTC. The role will see you project managing high value strategic pitch opportunities and will report directly to the Head of Bids. Highlights Lead and manage strategic tenders, utilising Pursuit tools for SWOT analysis, competitor analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Drive key milestones and actions from kick-off meetings to proposition development and production, while anticipating challenges and developing solutions. Collaborate with Business Services specialists to develop strategic approaches and draft compelling non-technical responses. Coach presentation teams for winning presentations. Innovate and enhance Pursuit team efficiencies, while proactively upskilling marketing team members and the wider business. The firm is looking for previous pitch experience within professional services and someone who can hit the ground running. The successful candidate will be a proactive and self-motivated team player with the ability to learn quickly.
