This role will be working very closely with one of the company Directors and line manage a small bid function, ensuring the continued growth and company success. Key Responsibilities Own Bid Management process. Be responsible for managing the overall bid submission, ensuring processes are followed. Plan out bid meetings and workshops Line management of small bid team Lead capture activities, including bid / no bid process. Develop a go to market plan.
