Senior Bid Manager

to lead and shape their bid function. This is a pivotal role with end-to-end ownership of the bid process, working in a dynamic sales environment alongside senior leaders to drive success on national and international opportunities. What’s on Offer?

You will oversee bid qualification, lead cross-functional virtual bid teams, and manage all aspects of the proposal lifecycle, including financial modelling, risk tracking, and compliance. Your role will also involve creating strategic bid plans, refining internal processes, and engaging with clients at senior levels to drive success. Maintaining sales documentation, conducting lessons-learned reviews, and providing market and customer insights will also form a critical part of your responsibilities. What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a commercially astute bid leader with experience in delivering complex, high-value opportunities. You should have a strong understanding of the competitive marketplace, governance procedures, along with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including CEOs and directors. Exceptional communication skills, leadership capabilities, and proficiency in analytical and planning tools are essential for this role. Degree-level education and APMP Practitioner or Professional certification are highly advantageous, as is a track record of success in managing budgets, driving process improvements, and enhancing client satisfaction.
