Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Bids and Tenders Manager to join the dynamic team and lead the development and implementation of a best practice tenders/proposals framework. Role and Responsibilities:
As the Senior Bids and Tenders Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing the bid function and establishing a strong bid management process.
You will be responsible for: Managing and coordinating the bid pipeline Qualifying opportunities with our leadership team Developing bid win strategy with our Operations and Commercial teams Leading debriefs and implementing lessons learned Identifying and implementing improvements to our bid process Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess: Proven experience developing a bid function Experience managing bids for small, medium, and large-scale opportunities within the healthcare sector Strong commercial awareness, with a track record of developing winning strategies Excellent project management techniques and the drive to deliver results Knowledge of pitch presentation skills and best practices Qualifications such as APMP, Prince2, or MSP If you would like to make an impact in the healthcare sector with a well-established company, get in touch!
