We are seeking an experienced bioinformatician to work closely with Research and Bioinformatics/Data Science teams to maximize our extensive and growing biologics discovery datasets, supporting and accelerating data-driven drug design. Key Responsibilities:
Work in interdisciplinary teams across protein engineering and bioinformatics to develop and integrate data science approaches into TCR and antibody discovery and optimization. Analyse, manage, and organize datasets generated across a protein engineering campaign, including high-throughput screening and immune repertoire sequencing datasets. Collaborate with experimental biologists to design and automate the capture, organization, and analysis of experimental data for biologics drug discovery. Clearly document code and communicate outcomes effectively internally and externally. Requirements:
PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or similar discipline, with 5-8 years of related experience working with genomics data, or MSc degree with equivalent research or industrial experience. Experience with NGS, bioinformatics sequence analysis and alignment tools, R, Python, Linux environments, and version control (git). Strong record of scientific publications and/or contribution to bioinformatics tools in relevant subjects, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
