Senior Performance Development Engineer

to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our Development Manager – Vehicle Performance, you will focus on multiple systems inclusive of but not limited to Vehicle Dynamics or NVH. This role will work closely with Function, Attribute & Simulation teams to ensure the most efficient development plan is in place. This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our offices near Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field. Understand how Attribute & System tests fit within the overall attribute validation process Engage in workstreams within multi-disciplined cross-functional attribute/system team Be a key member of Performance Development Team Deliver a robust Engineering DVP in line with the master asset timing plan Support Test Facility nomination Support Issue resolution Ensure that the test asset is fit for purpose Ensure data is captured during test inline with the test standard & ensuring it meets requirements Who you are

Broad amount of experience in Vehicle Development Degree in Engineering or Similar Experience using data acquisition and instrumentation systems Encourage and promote team culture Actively seeks out and implements process improvements Data acquisition experience CAN software analysis & stimulation Fault resolution and reporting Excellent communication skills Have a core understanding of automotive systems Possess good knowledge of H&S practices and vehicle risk assessments About Us
