Senior Brand Manager Up to £60,000 3 Month Rolling Contract Hybrid - 2 days a week in Oxfordshire office The Advocate Group is excited to be working with a globally leading drinks business on a Senior Brand Manager opportunity. This role is on a short-term interim basis and a great opportunity to have globally leading brands on your CV! Key Responsibilities: Support development and execute the brand strategy, aligning with company objectives and market trends. Lead 360-degree marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution, across multiple channels. Analyse market data and consumer insights to inform brand positioning and strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand execution. Manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation to deliver maximum ROI. Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and tone across all touchpoints. Build strong relationships with external agencies and partners to deliver best-in-class creative and media solutions. About You: Proven experience in brand management within the FMCG, ideally Drinks. Strong understanding of global markets and consumer behaviors. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. A passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering exceptional results.
