Role Summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high-energy and creative marketer to join the Marketing Team as a Senior Brand Manager. In this role, you will take charge of several key brands, serving as the strategic marketing lead in a fast-paced market segment. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and focus on building and developing brand equity through innovative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning:

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans for assigned brands, encompassing both annual and long-term strategies. Innovation Management:

Drive innovation projects, overseeing the launch of new products and brand renovations from concept to execution. Communication Strategy:

Develop and implement communication strategies, execute marketing campaigns, and measure their performance. Agency Management:

Manage relationships with third-party agencies and oversee the packaging design process. Performance Analysis:

Analyse brand sales, financial data, and market insights to track performance and identify growth opportunities. Collaborative Initiatives:

Work closely with commercial teams to create impactful in-store marketing initiatives that resonate with consumers. Qualifications Required: Experience in FMCG marketing, ideally within the food sector. Proven track record in leading new product development (NPD) and successful brand launches. Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to engage and influence key stakeholders. A proactive and dynamic individual with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of French is desirable but not essential.
