About the role: As the Senior/Brand Manager, you will take full ownership of end-to-end brand planning for Obagi Medical, the #1 Professional Skincare Brand in UK&I. While this role focuses extensively on Obagi Medical, you will also be overseeing our injectables portfolio. From ideation to activation, you will work closely with your counterparts in sales and education to develop an omni-channel brand plan that drives awareness, leads, and ultimately sales. You will be responsible for proving the commercial viability of your proposals, securing budget, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of plans through to completion. You will be supported by your counterparts in sales, education, and the activation team, where we have specialties in Creative, CRM, Paid Media, Digital, and PR, Comms & Advocacy. Further support will be provided by Third Party Agencies as and when required. The ideal candidate is a confident, communicative, self-sufficient skincare enthusiast, with a creative streak and fantastic planning skills. We will be looking for someone who has experience autonomously running end-to-end brand strategies in a similar space, and who is able to prove prior success in doing so. Responsibilities: Create, own and communicate an omni-channel brand strategy that is aligned with company and brand objectives. Proactively manage relationships with both the Brand and our internal Sales, Education, and Commercial teams to ensure a rounded and considered plan is made. Prepare detailed briefs for internal teams and oversee these through to completion. Measure success of activations and feedback into the plan. Build business cases where necessary for securing the right budget, ensuring prioritisation of key initiatives based on strategic importance. Consider all channels when preparing plans, including websites, social media, e-shots/email marketing, SEO, PPC, events, PR, partnerships, print, influencers, and promotions in-house or through use of agency. Attend and support key marketing events, ensuring effective brand representation and engagement with stakeholders, partners, and customers. Work with our in-house teams to create consistent content and collateral adapted for all marketing and sales channels and mediums. Requirements: Essential: Minimum 7 years marketing experience. Educated to degree level or equivalent. Passionate about aesthetics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organised, detail oriented, and accurate. Creative self-starter. Able to meet deadlines and prioritise. Positive attitude. High integrity. Commercial awareness. Excellent analytical skills. Team management experience. Desirable: B2B Experience. Print and PoS Experience. Copyright experience. Google Analytics/Adwords certificate.
