Some key responsibilities: Lead the Tassimo brand activity in the UK, including local brand communications, media strategy (with a digital focus) and help drive best in class activation both in-store & on-line. Lead portfolio management on Tassimo and other key strategic brand initiatives to include pricing, promo & insights You will oversee Tassimo performance tracking, turning data into actionable insights to help fuel Tassimo growth The role will also require strong relationship-building skills to work with local (internal and external) and with our global brand teams and partners. P&L responsible, you will be expected to deliver against challenging yet exciting growth objectives and demonstrate business acumen. The person in this role being the natural successor to the Category Lead so the drive and ambition to progress is essential. Qualifications

This role would suit someone with UK Marketing experience from an FMCG background with an excellent track record in Brand-building, Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) campaigns, and Innovation delivery. Commercial, Category and/ or consumer insight experience could be beneficial. To be considered you must have/be: Growth mindset with great mental agility yet creative thinker Confident with Kantar/Nielsen 5+ years of Marketing expertise is essential in all its dimensions, strategic and operational. Ability to handle complex data and insights to drive brand strategy & track performance Exposure to the UK retail grocery market and understand the key drivers Proven track record of initiating and driving change successfully in previous functions.
