The Role: This is a key role, bringing together and leading New Look's brand marketing, organic social and talent strategies and aligning initiatives to deliver overall customer growth, working closely with marketing planning and channels to deliver brand positive customer and category growth.

You will lead a team to build awareness and perceptions, nurturing the brand in partnership with our creative team and collaborating cross-functionally to consistently drive our positioning across all channels and touchpoints via market-leading campaigns, content and creative initiatives.

Supercharging New Look's social fame is a pivotal area within our brand programme and you will lead the organic social element to this, inspiring exciting and fresh social content and activations to grow our social community, cut through on the FYP and keep her tuned in and engaged.

Key to amplifying the brand is our talent programmes - you'll maximise reach, engagement, and content, fostering a community from micro UGC to macro favourites to takeover her social feeds and maximise brand share of voice.

Spread the cost of your commute with interest-free season ticket loans Do your bit for the environment and save money with our Cycle2Work scheme We're proud to partner with the Retail Trust and Fashion & Textile Children's Trust What you'll be doing: Lead the delivery of the brand marketing strategy to drive key brand measures and contribute to overall customer growth in collaboration with key stakeholders across the business Inspire, lead and safeguard implementation of brand positioning in collaboration with the creative function across ecom, retail and marketing channel touchpoints Nurture distinctive, engaging and innovate creative across all touchpoints, with a focus on, and ownership of, delivery of social/talent content, in collaboration with the creative function Partner with insight & data, retail marketing, ecom and marketing channels to lead category growth via brand-positive campaigns and content, owning the seasonal planning process for brand in partnership with marketing planning Lead the delivery of brand-positive commercial campaigns and content plans Define and lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of brand media/activation, organic social and talent strategies, underpinned by clear and ambitious KPIs Manage a budget of c5M ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI against customer KPIs Oversee thorough KPI monitoring across organic social and talent channels, driving holistic reporting across the team to track seasonal delivery against brand and customer growth metrics Stay tuned into the zeitgeist across the customer, competition and wider market to drive innovation and hyper-relevant customer experiences Who you are: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies Energetic, innovative, and determined Powerful and collaborative communicator Self-starting and problem solving with excellent time management and pace Keen eye for creative content and storytelling Data and insight driven Compelling verbal and written presentation Project management Strong interest in Retail and fashion industry experience Degree level marketing qualification Strong understanding of the media landscape, planning and buying Proven track record in delivering commercial brand marketing strategies Proven track record leading effective organic social and talent & influencer strategies Demonstrated experience delivery exemplary insight and data driven briefs Experience managing a budget > c5M We care about you and the planet and believe fashion should be a force for positive change.
