About the role As a Senior Planner, you’ll take charge of some key client projects. Working hand in hound with business owners and their teams, youll generate valuable insights, and set the creative and strategic vision for your clients. Your responsibilities include managing the planning initiatives, mentoring junior planners, and proactively tackling potential challenges. You’ll transform insights into strategic recommendations, build strong client partnerships, and contribute to thought leadership through articles, blogs, and industry events. Acting as a trusted creative authority, you’ll inspire internal teams, refine creative process, and ensure quality output. Additionally, you’ll offer strategic guidance to support client growth and strengthen relationships while mentoring the Planning team to foster long-term success. About you To be considered for this Senior Planner role, were looking for someone with a few years under their belt as a Strategist or Strategic Account Director. Youll have a proven track record of developing successful brand strategies that drive brand growth and business results along with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills go without saying and youll be proficient in industry-standard market research tools and analytics platforms.
