My client is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Building Design practice in Bristol.
The individual will be responsible for the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects from concept through to construction, on our expanding portfolio of challenging projects across their Market Sectors, such as local and central government, education, blue light, rail, aviation, infrastructure, commercial and energy.
Responsibilities Working on various projects across different sectors providing a range of building surveying services. Manage client relationships and ensure quality service delivery on a project-by-project basis.
Requirements BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree. Ability to demonstrate good all-round surveying experience. Keeping abreast of industry issues and developments in best practice. Good ability with AutoCAD and Revit (experience/awareness of BIM would be an advantage).
