Bennett & Game are proud to represent a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, who are currently seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join them in their rapidly growing Chichester office. The Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor will be working on projects across the residential, commercial, framework and fire safety sectors and will be responsible for project delivery of these schemes. They will also be involved in dilapidations, schedule of conditions surveys, tender reviews, party wall work and specification writing.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working client side or for another construction consultancy. You will also need a relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying. Candidates must also be able to commute to Chichester minimum, once a week.
Senior Building Surveyor Position Overview Residential, Commercial, Framework and Fire Safety projects. Responsible for project delivery and project management of these schemes. Dilapidations. Schedule of conditions surveys. Tender reviews. Party wall work. Specification writing.
Senior Building Surveyor Position Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience with another consultancy or client side. Relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying, Project Management, Quantity Surveying. MRICS Qualified or working towards. Full driving licence. Able to commute to Chichester one day per week, minimum.
Senior Building Surveyor Position Remuneration Salary: £40k - £60k DOE (possibly more for a strong candidate). Car Allowance. Hybrid working. 25 days holiday plus BH (increasing with service and also offers a buy/sell scheme). Professional fees paid. Pension scheme.
